Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly send you a replacement item at no additional cost, or you may choose to return the product for a full refund.

Change of Mind Returns

If you decide that the product is not right for you, you have 48 hours from the time you receive your order to initiate a return. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged. Please note that the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate a return or report a damaged/incorrect item. Please provide your order number and details of the issue.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending the product back to our warehouse.
  3. Packaging: Ensure the product is securely packaged in its original box and condition to avoid damage during transit.
  4. Shipping: Ship the product to the address provided. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our warehouse team will inspect it to confirm it is in original condition.

Refunds

Upon confirmation that the returned product is in its original condition, we will process your refund. Please note that a $50 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
